Several investment groups showed interest for BenQ Mobile, at the beginning of this 2007. Two American-German groups are particularly interested. They all have to act fast, since, longer factories don't work, harder will be start manufacture again. Negotiation details are not for public yet, but there are some rumours. Sentex Sensing Technologies is leader in one of those investment groups, and they attempt to make BenQ Mobile high-end mobile phones manufacturer in Europe. Sentex is known as bymetrics systems manufacturer, and they attempt to keep just about 1.700 employees in BenQ Mobile.
